El Dalmau Wedding

This El Dalmau Wedding was Spanish and full of physical affection: people hugging, holding each other, laughing close together. The ceremony took place outside, among the trees and bushes.
After the ceremony, we made a short bride and groom session in the meadow. I believe in keeping these sessions short and upbeat. I do not see them as fashion shoots. Fifteen or twenty minutes is usually enough, then back to the guests, the food, and the wine.
There were a few older children running around during the day. I photographed some of them quite close, including a few black and white frames. The bride also had a close-knit group of female friends around her. I have a soft spot for those photographs. Friendship is one of the great things.
